A facility that when you go, you get treated with respect and everyone has a smile on their face. They are very professional people. The kind of place you want serving your community. When you come to Maplegate you are treated like family.

I am very grateful not only because of the type of treatment I received but mostly how I felt when I went in – they addressed me by name every single time I went in from the very beginning. Maplegate is the ideal facility to recommend to anyone you know. Do not go anywhere else. You have to come to Maplegate to see the difference.

Also, I did not have a way to get to my appointments and was very appreciative of the transportation that was provided so I did not miss a single appointment.

I was in a car accident February 2007. Being my stubborn self, I did not seek treatment, hoping I would improve on my own. However, over the next few weeks, my pain and discomfort had increased. I decided at this point to seek treatment for my injuries.

I called Maplegate Rehab, who specializes in auto accident injuries. My appointment was scheduled immediately. From the very beginning of my experience, I have been treated with genuine concern for my overall health and well being. All staff members are knowledgeable, professional in all aspects and caring attitudes are evident. The atmosphere is pleasant and accommodating to the individual needs of its clients.

Everyone here is so pleasant – especially Claudia at the front desk! She is so good for the job she does. When she calls me to confirm my appointments she is always pleasant. Every day for every appointment. And… Mary-Anne – when I first came in she made me feel so welcome.

The therapy really works. I feel better. Dr. Hartzog has time for you – he does not rush you out of the room – he takes the time for you and truly listens. Liliana , also very nice. The whole staff really makes you feel comfortable. They truly do make a difference.
